Manufacturing Process
Mix with rice flour, water, sweet rice wine, guar gum and xanthan gum by mixer. And form the dough by complex machine.
Once the dough formed, it stretches out by rolling machine.
Metering and cut
Cut the dough for optimum width and thickness in order to enhancing the best texture noodle,
Picking noodles
After testing thorough metal detector, the same amount of noodles put in the packaging bag by hand.
After packaging, it's ready to ship at your table.
